What gets people curious in times of 24/7 information stream?
On Thursday, 28th August a mix of leaders, entrepreneurs, and employees came together to expand their spectrum in our networking format LEADERSHIP SPECTRUM at the unique and inspiring location Villa Maund in Schoppernau. Villa Maund – Adler Schoppernau – Die Eventlocation in den Bergen
Here is what we found:
- In times of constant information stream, curiosity is sparked by not knowing everything and everyone from the start, and by entering conversations unbiased and with less details.
- Contrary to what we are often told by social media and the news, people are not only open to diversity – they actively want to engage with different perspectives and explore new territories.
- Diversity begins with the willingness to step into a room with a diverse spectrum of beings – to listen, to relate, to act, and to realise that we are far more alike than we think.
This unique format brings together young and experienced, women and men, local and international voices, entrepreneurs and employees.
We are very grateful that we were able to experience the power of thinking, feeling, and leading beyond limitations.
