Marina’s unique approach to transformation combines strategic thinking, scientifically validated methods for individual and team development, and collaborative solutions. Drawing on more than a decade of international business experience, she has led major change initiatives, developed and managed products, and aligned diverse stakeholder groups. Throughout her career, Marina has focused on technical and business model innovation, collaboration and partnerships, as well as practical execution.

She builds bridges between cultures, teams, hierarchies, and seemingly opposing perspectives. Marina detects what remains unspoken and transform it into awareness that enables progress. Driven by a strong focus on action, she creates value for all through connection and collaboration.

Marina is an accredited management consultant including organisational structure and development.
