With an intercultural background and a track record in cross-functional roles, Marina is very adaptable and flexible. She builds bridges – between cultures, teams, hierarchies, and seemingly opposing forces.

Marina detects what remains unspoken and transforms it into awareness that drives progress. She has a strong drive for implementation, generating value for all through strong connection and collaboration.
