• 3 months peer-to-peer coaching
• Group coaching sessions held every two weeks (~120 minutes per call)
• Ongoing WhatsApp support (Monday–Friday) for real-time insights and challenges
• Personal check-in and closing call
• Optional in-person meeting (Austria, depending on group and journey length)
